Espero que se encuentren bien.
Hace unas semanas me disfruté un evento que superó mis expectativas: FACE by Clark Ivor The Ultimate Master Class and Fashion event.
La hermana de una amiga fue quien produjo esta actividad y sin duda fue una experiencia de impacto. El objetivo era obtener conocimiento conociendo técnicas de maquillaje y disfrutar un «girls day» con tus amigas.
He asistido a varios talleres de maquillaje y este se destacó por los siguientes puntos:
- Clark Ivor es un reconocido maquillista, con más de 20 años de experiencia en la industria de la moda y la belleza. Ha colaborado con artistas locales como internacionales. Un momento emotivo fue cuando estrellas como Roselyn Sánchez, Dayanara Torres, Julian Gil, Angélica Vale, Kate del Castillo y muchos más, enviaron mensajes de felicitación.
- La modelo oficial fue Miss Universe 2001 Denise Quiñones, una de mis favoritas. Una mujer elegante, sencilla y simpática. Allí pudimos compartir y retratarnos con ella, llevándonos una foto de regalo.
- Giorgio Armani fue uno de los auspiciadores principales y conocimos la línea de maquillaje. Personalmente solo reconocía su talento en la moda, no conocía en detalle su línea de belleza.
- Como parte del evento hubo un desfile de modas presentando las tendencias primavera- verano y el mismo fue auspiciado por Saks Fifth Avenue.
- Un grupo variado de exhibidores fueron parte este evento: Liv Fitness, Consentido PR, La Social Condado, entre otros.
- El almuerzo estaba delicioso y se realizaron muchos sorteos en los intermedios. Un momento emocionante fue cuando gané un certificado de manicura/pedicura de House of G en La Social Condado. De verdad fue una sorpresa inesperada 😍
Aproveché esta oportunidad para visitar el hotel San Juan (ya que no lo había visitado desde que lo remodelaron) y admito que se ve más espacioso y cómodo. El «Gold Room» (el antiguo The Rose Lounge) estaba decorado con los colores del evento: negro y dorado.
Fue una tarde de aprendizaje, moda y belleza en un ambiente divertido!

A few weekends ago I enjoyed an event expected by many: FACE by Clark Ivor The Ultimate Master Class and Fashion event.
My friend Mari’s sister produced this event that was without a doubt… AMAZING! The idea was to gain knowledge and have fun sharing with friends.
I have attended makeup workshops and this was very succesful because of the following points:
- Clark Ivor is a renowned makeup artist with more than 25 years of experience in the fashion and beauty industry. He has collaborated with local and international artists. An emotional moment was when stars like Roselyn Sánchez, Dayanara Torres, Julian Gil, Angelica Vale, Kate del Castillo and many more, sent congratulatory messages.
- The model was Miss Universe 2001 Denise Quiñones, one of my favorites. An elegant, simple and friendly woman. There we shared and we portrayed with her, taking us a photo of memory of this day.
- Giorgio Armani was one of the main sponsors and we met the make-up line. Personally he only recognized his talent in fashion, he did not know his beauty line in detail.
- Personally, I enjoyed the fashion show in which they presented the seasonal trends sponsored by Saks Fifth Avenue.
- A diverse group of exhibitors were part of this event: Liv Fitness, Consentido PR, La Condado Condado, among others.
- The lunch was delicious and lots of raffles were given in between. An interesting time was winning a House of G manicure / pedicure certificate in La County. It was really an unexpected surprise 😍
I took this opportunity to see the San Juan Hotel as I had not visited it since it was remodeled and looks spectacular. The «Gold Room» (The old Rose Lounge) was decorated with the colors of the black and gold event.
It was an afternoon of learning, fashion and beauty in a fun atmosphere!
The first of many to come, congratulations to the Glamourama team!
